O2 dilema!

Hey everyone
On tuesday I placed an upgrade order for the new Iphone but when I got to the payment page it froze and took my money for upgrading early which was 33.00. They have no record of me ordering anything and was advised to order again so I did and now its gone through. However I just would like to know what rights I have of getting back my first payment which was taken, my bank ( halifax ) have given me details to send to o2. They said they would investigate but I am unsure what to do!!
