Yes thats what it says on www.sainsburys.co.uk/brandmatch0 -
It is good to see that when they see the suffering of their poor unfortunate rival they pitch in and help their flagging sales......
If it is on offer in Tesco now you have to buy it from Tesco as far as Sainsburys is concerned.
The return of shopping around (as if it ever finished just got electronic).I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

That would be because you have not been targeting the Brand Match and just buying what you want.
These schemes only really work if you put effort in and make sure you split that which is on offer elsewhere away from what is on offer at the store you are shopping in.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0 -

I know that could be the case but I have started to shop elsewhere which is a lot cheaper than messing about with brand match.
It will now no doubt be more in favor to the supermarket which I now consider to be more expensive than other supermarkets.
Even their Basic range is dearer than the others.
Instead of messing about with Brand Match, just give us all lower prices. The more I live, the more I learn.

Then I realised that's because I buy very little from Sainsbury's these days and what I do buy is mostly on offer or a brand/staple that's not discounted anywhere. I've found that over the last year or so I've been able to get what I want from Aldi.
I think the big SMs are fighting a losing battle with money savvy shoppers.0
