TMobile 3G Data Speed Problems

Hi,


I have had a problem with my 3G data speed for the past month. I have a 3gb allowance and used to get good speeds when travelling around up to 16mbps.


For the past month I have only been able to get between 0.05mbps and 0.1mbps using both the Speedsmart and Speedtest apps.


I am now unable to play any video and web pages take a very long time to load on my iphone 5


After a month of complaining TMobile have eventually agreed to release me from my contract with them six months early and give another years loyalty discount should I wish to upgrade to the EE 4G service.


I just wondered if anyone else had recently noticed a problem with the 3G service as it used to work fine and I was quite happy with the speed and tariff I had?

I have been having problems with Virgin this month and have been complaining to their CS. but all i get it they are working on it. i cant do much as im PAYG.
but i have 3 and its very fast.
so ones my virgin PAYG balance is over im OUT

There have been reports in the media that EE (T Mob & Orange) have been slowing 3G speeds to try to push their 4G service and if this is true there may be little anyone can do about it except to switch to EE4G or another provider (Three) as Kingrulzuk says. Virgin runs on the EE network as well.
