Ive had AOL for about 4 years now but b/c there customer service is so rubbish I thought Id cancel my account with them. I rang up only to be told that my contract had been renewed for ANOTHER 18 months!!! I NEVER EVER EVER agreed to this b/c like I said, their service is hopeless. I only rang them a month beforethat for technical help (but didnt get it and had to use a local computer company instead) Im asuming that someone decided to renew it then while I was on the phone without even asking me. Can they do this? It just doesnt seem right at all.

Tell them you want proof of your renewal contract, I have no doubt they cannot provide you with it, not actually having it. Inform them you are cancelling as of such a date, cancel your DD, and tell them any further monies they feel you owe, they can chase up with a county court, as you have NO intentions of paying.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
