OP you really shouldn't have posted the thread twice, only needed to post it once and if in the wrong place it will get moved.

He's a serial spammer who gets annoyed when people point it out, so please feel free to do just that :D.

You seem to have got into an argument about forum rules.

Back to the subject. If the neighbour has told lies, then issue a small court claim against and try to force their hand into withdrawing their allegation or coming forward with evidence. If they have caused you a loss, then you are entiltled to sue them.

As part of the small court claim you can ask for mediation and if the neighbour agrees, you have someone independent who can put your questions to the neighbour, they can put questions to you.

You might just get a resolution and it saves waiting years.
The comments I post are personal opinion. Always refer to official information sources before relying on internet forums. If you have a problem with any organisation, enter into their official complaints process at the earliest opportunity, as sometimes complaints have to be started within a certain time frame.

He definitely won't see them now judging by the PPR :D
All matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream, and we are the imagination of ourselves.
