Yes Buzby, you're not as bad as Kayak10, but you do post a lot of rot.
Incidentally, Cornucopia: if you did attend court, pleaded not-guilty, and then asked to cross examine the TVL witness, what would happen at magistrates court? :-)

The initial hearing is then deferred and a new date set for a second hearing. At the second hearing, you would be able to cross-examine the TVL person.
If you can pull holes in their account, great. If not, it will probably come down to your word against theirs. Some of them don't make particularly effective witnesses, though.0
