Consider the Nokia Lumia 530 or 630. Well built for the price (< £100) and available in bright colours.0

Yeah I think I am going to go with the Tesco option. £7.50 a month with a £2.50 cap should mean the bill doesn't go over £10 which is going to be her limit.
I have found Tesco to be excellent, that is the package I use. Their user account website is very clear and easy to see how much you have left for the rest of the month. I have just replaced my elderly Samsung with a new Motorola Moto G - a very good phone for the money.0 -

My son who is 11 tells me there are massive numbers of kids on the bus and at school with the same phone as his mums.. a Moto G. Not only a really good phone but its apparently reached sufficient street cred level to be acceptable to the kid scene without the kid being picked on for having a lame or cheapo phone. These things (sadly) do matter these days. Fortunately the Moto G is brilliant value too.0

Yes well I sorted the phone out today. Motorola Moto E and the 2 year £7.50 per month package and set the cap at £2.50. I must say the chap at Tesco was good and so is their website. Anyway my Daughter is really pleased with it and I reckon it is really good value for money. Thanks to everyone for their advice.yangptangkipperbang wrote: »I have found Tesco to be excellent, that is the package I use.
