Why feed the rulebreaker/rogue broker?
(And they wonder why brokers get a rough ride here when they happily do all this till they are booted off)
I doubt they are a broker. No details whatsoever on their website - just mention that requesting a quote allows a FCA registered firm to make contact.
ps I'm not convinced about the OP either - insists on mentioning a website frequently.0 -
See what happens when you feed them?? (But he's on borrowed time here!)0

They're just a lead generator site, by the looks of it operating out of india:
http://whois.domaintools.com/betterlifepolicy.comRegistrant Name: Harminder Bakari
Registrant Organization:
Registrant Street: VS Complex, 30th Cross
Registrant City: Tumkur
Registrant State/Province: IN-KL
Registrant Postal Code: 572 102
Registrant Country: IN
Registrant Phone: +91.9686552057

Still should be under the oversite of the FCA or an FCA regulated company unless the rules have changed.
They'll get shut down fairly quickly, if nothing else but for the trademark infringements unless one of the regulated companies is legitimately giving them lead generator status in which case the site needs a lot of work to make it legal.0 -
Now you've fallen into joining in the feeding - and provided them with a clickable link (which brings another link to their website which (up to now) he has been denied).InsideInsurance wrote: »0 -
Can you do me a quote?
I have aids and need cover for £1 billion over a 4 month period and I have twelvety wives.0 -

The link doesnt go to their site, it goes to domain tools that shows whos the owner... plus allows some harvesting programs pick up their email address so that they can get some nice emails about reclaiming their PPI etc0 -
Yes.InsideInsurance wrote: »The link doesnt go to their site, it goes to domain tools that shows whos the owner...
The link goes to domain tools which in turn gives a direct link!
Why feed him at all?
Just means he gets the last laugh, and a free plug, thanks to you0 -

SEO benefits really are not going to filter from here to the domain tool to the site.
No one is going to wonder what the domain tool site is and then decide to click on the link
These threads will all be purged of all reference in the relative near future.
Still gives a bit of opportunity for spammers to pick up email address, telephone numbers etc0 -

What are you on about?
The rogue broker has been dealt with by MSE.
But you inexplicably link to his domain tools which in turn provides a direct link to his site. You also quote his site too. Who gets the last laugh, thanks to you?0 -
