check out section 2b of the gas act, if you dont have a registered supplier and its an ilegal service installed by whom converted into flats your in for a shock and can be billed by the grid under the above theft actDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

The fact you had stated that you were considering using gas without paying for it may have been the reason why you have got (deservedly) the negative reaction you have had by others on the forum. No one else implied you were a thief, you did that yourself!
If you are knowingly using an energy supply without paying for it, it is stealing.
It is the same as going to the petrol station, filling up your car and driving off because no one asked you to pay.
You know you have to pay. You just don't want to hear it.....that’s how it seems anyway. You should be exhausting every possible means to find or create an energy account. It would not take long to ring the big six energy suppliers; starting with the biggest etc.
You have already been given the advice by the Meter Number Helpline. Ring a supplier and ask them to start billing you. It may be that simple, but you have not taken up their advice yet!
