Help with Natwest

Thank you for helping.
I did have an overdraft with Natwest, only £250 but I left them and had the account closed many months before this default business?
No, I have been in a new property for over a year. I moved in May Last year.
Sounds as though there was an outstanding balance when you closed the account. The default date of Nov would tie in with your mention of moving house. It's possible they wrote to you at your old address and as you didn't reply they applied the default.
Did you still have the account when you moved or was it closed then ?0
