Optiontown Flight Upgrade - AirAsia X

Hi, I hope that I have posted this in the correct place, I just wanted to share my experience of Optiontown and AirAsia with you all.
I have recently traveled quite alot with Air Asia. If you travel on an Air Asia X flight (their longhaul flights) you get the option to upgrade through Optiontown for a small fee for a flat bed seat.
I have applied on three different flights traveling with my husband and we have been successfully upgraded every time. We flew different route each time (Adelaide to Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur to Seoul and Taipei to Kuala Lumpur).
The cost to register on Optiontown is very low, around £5 and you pay around £30 each to upgrade (it varies with every flight) which is refunded if you don't receive an upgrade.
Each time we have received an email notification of our upgrade at least 24-48 hours before our flight. The bonus is that you receive everything that goes with the buisiness class seat such as extra luggage allowance and a free meal.
I can't vouch for the other airlines which are also available on Optiontown but for AirAsia X I think that this is incredible value and highly recommend signing up as we have had a great experience.
Good luck and happy travels everyone
