We have a brilliant total of 342 nsds!!! Yay!!! :j:j:j
That's 21 more than this time last month.
Who will reach target today?slowly fading- we're all watching with baited breath....Tune in later for the thrilling installment.....:)
Any ideas for November's thread? It could be Bonfire Night (with Igor in charge,it could be a recipe for disaster!) or a wintery theme of staying toasty warm?

Armistice Day/Poppy Day - remembering WW1?
Hmm Dr Warlock gave me some money to help pay for my lunch, if I don't go over it I may yet get another NSD! :eek:Must use my stash up!0 -

Don't you think that that's a bit depressing?I was thinking of soemthing more upbeat.
Bonfire Night -treacle toffee, fireworks, toffee apples, roasted chestnuts....
Winter - hot chocolate,hot toddies,hot water bottle,snowmen...
You get the idea...:D
PS I hope you enjoy your meal out and stay under budget. :j0 -
Oh god,
I've not updated you- so could you add 4 NSDs so far to my target of 10. Not as easy as I thought it would be- however, I hadn't really read the first post properly and I should have followed the point about putting money into a pot for things like parking etc etc on an already spendy day.
If I had followed this I could probably have had several more days but hey you learn. I guess I was thinking that if I physically gave the money away then I was spending but seems I can bend the rules to fit. Anyway, not the end of the month yet so maybe I can do some more good.October NSD challenge 7/10:o

:hello:Hi there all xxx
(left)
I've been AWOL for a few days and am just about to get off to the retreat so won't be back until Sunday night but came in to say I got one on Saturday and one on Wednesday so I'm up to 14
Monday I was in London and managed to keep it low, Tuesday was low but annoying as unnessessary, coffee while out and stuff!! Thursday was my big spendy day; cat's injections and filled up with petrol today. Have no plans on spending for the next two days but will check in when I get back.
Haven't got time to catch up on thread so hugs to all that need them and well done all on NSDs
Back soon xx

Did really well food and petrol wise yesterday and only bought necessities within budget, so would have allowed myself a NSD on that basis
I then, however, let myself down with a wedding purchase not within budget. I therefore do not benefit from number 16 as yet!
Today is also unlikely to be NSD, but I will update you in that respect at another time!
