Thanks for the kind words and dodgy group hug everyone. Feeling a bit better now, although this time of year, as much as I love it, is always a big sad for me so prob contributing towards my debt busting blues. I'm generally the level headed, focused one, sometimes my shoulders get a bit overloaded iykwim?
However, I have had two days off work (holiday not sick) saw my DM yesterday, and she really cheered me up (she's had a really tough year this year too). We ended up going shopping in the afternoon after reviewing some of my sat purchases which firmly came under 'what was I thinking.' Still, gave her a giggle. So did a few returns, and she treated me to a couple of items. Little bit of food shopping on the way home and a chilled out evening.
Today has been a day of pottering about the house. Made a sponge ready to fill, bit worried i left it cooling too long and it's a bit dry, nothing a bit of cream can't fix though right? Blowing a gale here too.
Hope everyone is ok in this weather xxxFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

NSD #16/18
Had a lovely lie-in and then lunch at a friend's house. Spent quite a lot of time reading MSE diaries and threads - all motivating and inspiring. No spending today but will be having a day out with OH tomorrow.0 -
Declaring nsd #9 today. Not been out except to Hoover the car out.
Made hm spicy chips with dinner, also a Thai butternut squash soup and a lemon curd Victoria sponge.
Seem to have quite a lot in the fridge to use up, and not a lot of space in the freezer to put anything. Might need to borrow one of Igors cookery books :eek:Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
