So pleased you could join us, Caterina - come on you lot, make way for the new girl, and who's getting in the beers this time? The dancing is about to begin, and there's some barbecued German sausage (no, Igor, not made out of a barbecued German....)

Still on the hunt for my next NSD.......unleash the Narglehounds!

Incidentally, gang, Caterina is often on the Old Style forum so she may have some good tips on how to save money! Every suggestion is welcome if it stops us spending!

NSD #3 nabbed today. Haven't been tempted to cross the threshold of any money spending establishment at all today.

I may be popping over to the OS board before too long. Once we're sorted with dates and moving I'll be after more and more ideas to save money (especially around the house) OH is already planning what he's going to grow around the garden for us and I'm looking forward to my little windowsill herb garden...must stop dreaming...it could still all go wrong again!!

Thank you for welcome, Nargleblast and kerri gt! Incidentally, can the bratwurst be a veggie one please? Beer can be the regular variety though!

    Vielen Dank, Prost!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

Igor, another beer for Caterina - no, she doesn't want a ferret and chutney sandwich. Nor your speciality Black Forest Gateau with bits of real forest. Kerri! How on earth did you smuggle your pole-dancing pole through Customs? Restrain yourself, woman! We are supposed to be a refined group of people! Honestly, some folk, a few beers and there goes the neighbourhood!

I hope I have not lowered the tone of the party by wearing my low cleavage dirndl dress, and accompanied by my dancing bear!

  • Hello fellow non spenders :T Hope you had / still have a great day.

Mine was great, went shopping with my parents and even though I got some new stuff I didn't spend money on it (but I still needed the things so it wouldn't even matter) :D

I'm here to declare NSD # 5 for me. I'm already half way through my first goal.:D:rotfl:

Something tells me that you're going to have to up your target before the end of the month.

With Igor's longjohns and Lederhosen combo,Hubert's pink'n'frilly dirndl/snazzy roller skates combo, kerri's pole outfit à la Sally Bowles and my 'look what the cat dragged in' ensemble, there's no way that the tone could be lowered any further.:eek:
