For the past week I have not been able to use either my landline or broadband, on the BT website they say they are aware of the problem but don't say what it is or how long it will take to fix it. I am near Guildford, in the 01483 code area
I am currently using a dongle to get onto the internet, but it is quite expensive.

I reported it last week which is when I saw the message on the website about it affecting the area. I have been checking the service status but there is no information about what is going on.0
