Yes, I am laughing at you, you got that bit right..
I tend to disregard your late night / early morning posts..... Can't think why.....;)
You sound like a failed small business. You really need to sharpen up.

Pray tell, what is this called thing called " winging" you speak of sir?

ok mr 11 000 posts, sounds like you have a bit of spare time too.

seems to me it is a no -deal, ebay nor mse will help you here, prove me wrong or carry on whinging.

It was sorted out yesterday with the good advice of both mse and ebay.
  • Sorted out...Did you get the item?

Probably why everything I list is BIN...

You laugh at me,but in reality ebay don't give a toss...nor do i. We all make our own rules on ebay. Ultimately the joke is on you as you never got the item. Perhaps if you had put a marker bid in and played the game straight you might have won.

Sniping is bad business. For the scavenging bottom feeders among us here on a 1 second snipe then fair enough but I don't get it, nor do i do it, nor did you . And you come here winging lol.
I suspect your eBay account is probably on borrowed time.

And probably your MSE account too!

You'll be sorry to hear I did.
  • Great! was this just keeping at it and letting him know you wouldn't forget it, or did ebay intervene?

A reader of the Sun accusing another member of ungentlemanly conduct ! Priceless !

No muppet - alternative energy actually.

I won an item for £4 - seller refused to honour,

Left neg feedback - which Ebay promptly removed.

Ebay make it up as they go along. Their feedback system no-longer has any integrity.

Would you excuse me if I have another little rant

This is another thing that irritates me. In the old days there seems to have been a lot more negative feedback being used because it was the only way a buyer could express their dissatisfaction, it was open and people could see instantly what a buyer left . Now that we have these defects it allows buyers to sneak around damaging a seller whilst pretending to be nice by leaving a positive. Personally I find that a nasty bitter way of conducting business.

In your case techspec you were upfront and honest and left a visible negative. If however you had been out to wreck a sellers account and left all low stars with a positive rating it would have been left - that is absolutely ridiculous.

Annoying isn't it -I hate leaving negative feedback, only done it twice in about 300 deals. But it should be a warning to buyers and a reprimand for dodgy sellers which is circumvented when ebay remove it.

Sniping is ungentlemanly so I wouldn't sell it to you either.

Then I would happily leave you with a lovely RED NEGATIVE comment and mark on your feedback along with reporting you to ebay :p PLUS go via Paypal to obtain a full refund of payment.......
