Hi,
I have just purchased the above phone and am very pleased with it.

Being elderly I am having trouble finding the balance of my PAYG account from the handset.

When setting it up I did see the balance displayed- but where ?

Can any one advise me exactly which buttons to press to get this displayed. Many thanks

There's a manual HERE but I can't see anything useful. Perhaps it is network-specific.

robthos - Most PAYG networks have an automated customer services number which is free to dial and this then gives your current credit balance - check the paperwork with the phone's quick start quide or look in the contacts list on the phone itself.
Which network is it on, they all have different numbers for the credit balance service?
My own is on Tesco and their credit balance number is *#10# or you can dial 282 but that only applies to Tesco Mobile.
If it's T Mobile text bal to 150 (that's a free text)
