Moving into a new-build house in NW Leicestershire that has LPG installed underground. Any tips on what I should be paying to a supplier (Calor fitted the initial install) any rental charges for telemetrics meter/tank, things to ask builder, etc?

Whilst the thread is entitled cheapest bulk LPG, it actually contains a wealth of information about the whole subject, the following recent posts are pertinent to underground tanks:

It would seem that rental charges for underground tanks are higher than above ground, best advice is to shop around BEFORE signing any sort of contract.
For an idea of latest prices check here (note LPG price is usually quoted before VAT of 5%):

My "tip" would be to realise that just because the property has LPG now you aren't always tied to that. You can make gradual steps to something cheaper. We moved into an oil heated property a year ago and have been insulating, insulating, insulating since then. And draught proofing. Maybe once the energy consumption is down low we can look at alternatives, such as using our 12kW wood stove to heat more of the house, or looking at heat pumps, or....0
