BT Billing for HD TV when not asked for

Watch your BT bill they are adding 4.84 for HD Sports pack when the customer has only agreed to the FREE Sports channel that comes with broadband. They will agree to remove it if you call up but even then they only took off 2.71 and I had to call again to say I wanted the whole amount removed. How many millions has BT made from this practice?
