Afternoon :)well my duvet day did not happen as Lala rang and said did I want to go shopping and of course I said yes;)the weather seems to have got progressively worse through the day and then to make me even more fed up a letter came to say I have been called for Jury Service in the run up to :xmastree:mid dec:(

hi gang....don't worry Nanny, you can get out of it...

There is no upper age limit for serving on a jury for a criminal case, but you can be excused from jury service if you are 71 years of age or older and you do not want to serve on a jury.

there ya go.....sorry been away far too long ...just catching up and don't understand any offers/glitches on here any more :(

Must admit I felt like a muggle until the APG result...

Order was just over £42, due to OOS actual spend around £9 (no subs)

    APG around £19

I have 2 questions (I realise one will likely get missed :rotfl: )

    1. Has anyone had reason to suspect A have identified them from posting APG results here perhaps suspending accounts etc ?

    2. Is an APG higher than what was actually paid going to cause a problem ?

Interesting APG bits with fillers removed..

We have bought some new towels, have had them a few months now, but OH is moaning that they are toooo soft, and they dont dry you properly.

Anyone know how I can harden them up????

Are you wanting to harden up the towels or hubby lol :rotfl:

Try no softner for a couple washes re the towels but if it's hubby then I'm sure you will get some good replies when we get past the watershed

when I had some new towels, I washed them on a hot cycle with a cup of white vinegar, no detergent or fabric softer. the acid removes the chemicals left from their manufacture

    2. Unlikely but not impossible especially if you need to get CS to look at something.

    Thanks Munqui
I'm still reasonably new to C&C but in my limited experience:o
    1. No
    2. No
But I do find that I have to make up silly excuses when a particular bloke brings my shopping out - he always wonders why I've got such a big APG or why I need 10 candles or 20 packs of biscuits:rotfl:!!

He now thinks I shop for the 'tuck shop' at work and am a wedding planner:eek:
