Each time you reach 5000 points they are removed from the total on the receipt
I have rang them and they said there is a problem printing them at the tills ,cs said the same thing.
Don't know what you mean re 6 mocs
I assumed that each of your shops had three bags of wash stuff so that's 3000 in bonus points £3 and then you said the difference in the shops was £8 odd cheaper at tesco so that's £3 + £8 is £11+ so would have been capped at ten and you would have gotten two £5 mocs for each shop.if you only got 800 points then your shop was only 80p dearer and the comparison didn't work. Have a little check on the bottom of your receipts or post me up a pic. Hope that helps, I've been doing these for a couple months and it can be hit and miss when it works but if I can help I will try0 -

Avoid using fabric softener of any kind. Fabric softeners coat the
surface of fabric with a thin layer of chemicals (oils) that makes the fibers
hydrophobic (oil and water don't mix). If you can't stand how towels feel
without fabric softener, use amidoamine softeners if available but the vinegar
should help soften them anyway.- Don't despair if you've already used fabric softener. It can be stripped to
help increase absorbency by doing the following: Place 1/2 cup baking soda in
the washing powder and add to the washing machine. Then, add 1/2 cup vinegar to
the rinse slot.
