If you go for Original Source, watch out for the mint one .

If you haven't tried it yet, you will soon discover it refreshes parts that other shower gels cannot reach ;).

Is anyone on here a HR expert? Got a question about sick pay!

It seems we have a 12 month rolling sick pay policy. I've just gone back to work following 6 months off sick. I need another operation and am likely to be off long term again, just need to know where I stand really.

If I was off 1st April - 1st October 2014 (dates not quite right, have rounded up!) does that mean my sick record wouldn't be "clear" until 1st October 2015, or is it done from the the first date of sickness if it is a lengthy one, so therefore 1st April 2015?

I get 6 months full pay and 6 months half pay, I went back just before my half pay kicked in (although that would have been made up to nearly full pay as I'm in the group insurance scheme, but thats another story). I was advised that if I went back for a minimum of 6 months before being off again, that would "reset" my sick pay and I would then be re-entitled to 6 months full pay again, but now I'm not so sure.

Just trying to make plans now ready for when I get an op date, so i know whether to get saving or not!

I see we have new offers on COS. They're all store specific to different stores which is a bit of a pain though
50p on Bold liquitabs 20 pack at M
50p on cathedral cheese 350g at A.......think this is £2 ATM?
50p on Tresemme shampoo at Ts

I think I'll only use the cheese one and will have to buy seperately. The liquitabs aren't cheap enough even with the 50p off and Im not paying real money for shampoo

Cheese also 50p on Shopit so £1 for 350g after Cashback.

    :rotfl:

I used to love supermarket shopping with mine, she had me and 4 step children to buy for and used to literally fly through the supermarket, always bought exactly the same thing regardless of price (no time to look lol). I'd follow her round swapping stuff for stuff that was on offer and we'd b!tch about how if her oh had done it he'd just come home with dohnuts crisps and nothing else. Not sure she'd have the same pace now we're all grown up though ;)
