Thanks Sarah...his name was Fergie though :rotfl:The kids chose a blue budgie which didn't go down well with oh as he is in the red camp (city/united) so he insisted we call him Fergie after Sir Alex
Soooorrreee, RIP :A Fergie. As I was typing I couldnt remember if it was Fergie or Fudgie, I knew it began with a "F".
I am terrible with remembering names, my brothers girlfriends name I always spell wrong, and he keeps telling me, he is lucky that i call her by that name and not one of the hundreds that he has had lol.0 -

We did once have a chocolate lab called Fudge
Noticed these in my A this morning
I think DeeDee posted something similar a couple of weeks ago but in my A it is Age Defy this time. They are £5.99 on a.com and 3 for £6 in S ....Trying to work out if it is going to compare well but it is coming up na on M but seems to be be comparing £17.97 v £3.38 with them rather than comparing with S £17.97 v £12.
Can anyone uravel the mathsTIA

). I believe you have to use a proxy server to access the US site (to make it think you are in the US) - apart from that your login should work. As it is effectively a voucher through VM, you can sign up for the free trial first for a month then add the 6 month free trial voucher.
HTH
AnonI think if you have something like an Apple TV you can definitely get US netflix. Otherwise I'm not sure about TiVo generally. Xbox should work. All you'd need to do is install the Netflix app and login using your free Netflix account details then alter your DNS settings so it seems as though you're streaming from the US. Eventually you'd have to pay for Netflix of course but it's worth it IMHO to get US netflix. I don't even use the UK one really. I'd prefer it if I could just pay for the US one outright.
Thanks all for the advice, I've not used Netflix before but have read about the US version being better.
Just going by Anon's post, I take it I could sign up to Netflix now and get the free 1 month trial, then when I get VM at the end of the month (I think they email you a code for the 6 month), just log into my Netflix and add the 6 month code.

Another grey, windy morning here but thankfully not raining at the moment.
Thank you so much for the reminder about cancelling t mobile contracts - I had a reminder on my calendar for next month but the sooner I can disassociate with that company the better
RIP Fergie :A
Good luck to Mr bubbs and Nannylala

If you are considering Seedless Green Grapes in A to compare against M at now quite a bit cheaper price, I'd say wait for wombles and see what they are doing before you try. In any event, because of the smaller size in M, if it did compare from A at 500g it would likely do so with weight adjustment up in price for M and 10% off would probably work out the same as buying them straight in M at 99p anyway. Competitor - 10% lower in size but weight adjustment and 10% cheaper = the same price in effect as the competitor anyway. I suspect you'd be doing your money and ending up paying £1.50 (vs N/A) buying them in A (you certainly would at the moment as M's offer not on till today), although it may still make 'sense' if you are paying for them with wombles.
[...]
I am surely wrong about these grapes? Similar to how I was, for a brief period of time, slightly out on the brown onions packs: http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showpost.php?p=66690213&postcount=7370.
If the 500g Green Grapes were to compare to M at 450g and 99p, that would mean a comparison vs 99p/450x500 = £1.10 for M. And then 10% cheaper than £1.10 = 99p. But for 50g more grapes.
So, it would, if it worked, work out slightly better than M's 'price' on the APG. Wait for wombles though as these have been returning N/A from Monday. Indeed, I suspect someone will have a womble result soon enough from Wednesday's details, and may even already have posted it for all I know.
Where is aau1 when you need him?:rotfl: Needed to pop up with a red cross. Instead you have Savvy with my (fairly quick:D) self-correction. I'll get there - it's enough going for weight adjustment on some Chipotles and then finding there's nothing comparable in the first place!:rotfl:
(If the 500g Green Grapes in T were to compare to M at straight price, that would also be 500g for 99p. So, at last, 10% cheaper!:D:j But, let's face it, what are the chances of that? (I'd say very slim indeed as it seems the grapes have changed pack sizes in M and therefore as new items are unlikely to be picked up for some time. I would urge people, please do not buy them in T as I suspect they will cost £2 and return N/A - and you know I don't like giving money to T!:rotfl:))0 -
