I brought two bottles of 1 litre Famous Grouse this morning from Asda, along with grape, potatoes carrot fillers(!) etc for a Morrisons price guarantee. as their spirits are £15.00 and I don't live by a Morrisons. I have just compared my receipt online and it is showing the bottles of whisky at Morrisons at £18.50 a bottle according to the Asda price check! My Supermarket clearly shows them at £15.00. I have called Asda and they guy I spoke to said that special offers are not compared. Any ideas what I can do? Thanks in advance
Ring them back and speak to someone in the APG team - obviously spoke to the wrong person who has no clue as to how the APG works. May be an issue with still being on the Monday collection, but they are supposed to guarantee to be 10% cheaper and it looks like expiring on 12/10 in M on msm so has been on for some time.0 -

how do you know which items have compared and what/where they have compared to?
Also, how often do they collect the prices, as the pizza`s have gone up to £2.50 in Sada today. It`s nice to be important, but its more important to be nice.

Good one.
Are we thinking - doesn't work? As I make the difference £5.17, yet you got 4800 points = £4.80? I can't see for now where the 37p difference is coming from? (EDIT: Do they actually give you the result like that? Or do they just give you the points and no clue as to how the individual items compared?)
As regards the M list, people may be thinking am I going to add some "Mvs" details on there (Mvs T and Mvs A, as the M list already in effect has Avs M and Tvs M)? Answer sadly is no - I have enough track keeping track of the offers in M never mind the items on full price (that might compare to cheaper elsewhere). I do try though - I've mentioned some when they've gone up in price, such as the soft drinks can packs and the Trebor mints vs T. I've checked on the Birds Eye 4 pack chicken chargrills - as they are the only ones in M at full price £3.25 (other crispy chicken 4 packs etc. on £1.62 there). Sadly neither of the Chargills packs appears to be £1.62 elsewhere. T £3.25, I so wish they were £1.62. S £2.75 is no good. So, I'll keep eyes out on the odd few from time to time, but no full list unfortunately.

It tell you how many points you got on the bottom of the receipt.
I asked them how we could check and they didn't know , that could be off putting for the elite.
I must have been lucky with the pizzas as they have only just changed price.0 -

They collect the prices everyday, regarding A, as they are from online. Good sneaking in like that on the pizzas, managing to get them with points just before A's price probably changed today.
Match and more game:eek::eek: - I've not to let this become like some sort of game show where you are being tempted to spending more money!:rotfl:0
