Correct! :T I used to always tell people to go to the supermarket and pick up two packs of lardif that wasn't enough I used to suggest that they picked up the equivalent of their weight loss in packs of lard, butter, sausages, jam, potatoes, onions or whatever else would equate to their total weight loss. It worked a treat
