    Well done Snap :T

After what felt like a hundred attempts I finally got through to my doctor surgery and managed to get an appt. Only taken 3 days.
Means I've got time for a bacon piece and a cup of tea before I go :)

Have a good day  for now.

    Morning :)

In Sept I walked 171 miles :) - thats just planned walks - not general walking round the house, up to the shop etc. Hoped to beat that this month but got off to a bad start by leaving my phone behind - 2.5 miles down now......

My Grandfather was advised buy the doctor last month to walk at least 3 miles a day we don't know where the hell he is now.
