Argh! Just lost a big post, and not easy to replicate it - can't explain as that was what I was trying to do - may try again at some time but I suspect you folks don't want another lecture:rotfl::rotfl:.

So, instead, I'll move to something completely else, and just post this as it's "a new month"!:

I do. I notice it has gone back up to full price (£1.35:eek:) in T now on msm? Only certain ones were on half price, including this one, but I think they've now increased back up again, so no good anymore for anyone here to try to buy them, unless I'm missing something?

(I'm being a little confused by, but I don't trust (not for the first time!:D), the price graph on msm - that is suggesting it has risen in stages and has been higher priced than half price since mid-September - I don't think that is right at all - these price graphs are wrong - it's suggesting only ever gone down to 80p when I remember for a fact it was 67p as is confirmed by the womble - but is now £1.35. As far as I'm concerned, it's gone up from 67p to £1.35 straight in the 'last few days', the price graph appears to me totally wrong.)

:idea:Ah, the price graphs now appear to be "Average price in UK..." - how useless, don't even give you the history at the one store anymore!:(

No, I should not do my last post. This sort of thing has plagued me at points in the past in my life - doubting myself and questioning myself a lot of the time. I should be more definite, and I should be right - if I am right, I am right - I should say that, for definite, I should know that it is right and should say it, for what I know to be right.

The Ocean Spray will not work anymore. It is now £1.35 on msm.

(Of course, it will be even greater embarassment for me now should it turn out that I am wrong:rotfl::rotfl:.)

At the same time, it was good of you to post, LilacLillie, and thank you for doing so:).

    Morning all

I was not in an good way last night :( a combination of already having a headache and neuralgia and then smacking my head, already being tired and hungry, it was all I could to do to keep my eyes open. I was in bed by 9.15, and that's unheard of for me :o My face still hurts but nothing like it did yesterday

    Well done snap :
FC I'm glad you're taking it easy. I know how hard it is not to but right now, taking it easy is what you need to do. The weeds can wait!

    Morning :)

In Sept I walked 171 miles :) - thats just planned walks - not general walking round the house, up to the shop etc. Hoped to beat that this month but got off to a bad start by leaving my phone behind - 2.5 miles down now......
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

  • There was a hukd link posted for cheap coconut oil in Costco. Jumblejack, Locarr and one or 2 others mentioned the health benefits. I only bought it on Saturday but already I'm feeling amazing changes

Use it for anything you like: fry with it, roast vegetables, bake cakes with it. It has a very high smoking point so excellent for roasting veg etc. When I started using it, my omelettes did have a hint of coconut but you get use to it.
