The prunes compared to the Tesco Whole Foods Prunes (3.69), rather than the Tesco Ready to Eat Prunes (1.89): http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/Shopping/FindProducts.aspx?Query=Tesco+Ready+To+Eat+Prunes+500G&Store=Tesco

Note: All Sourz & Princes Tuna all reported same price instore and online - £12.50 and £5 respectively.
I think we've had this issue with prunes vs T before (months, months ago). Why would the A ones compare to the RTE Prunes at T at £1.89 when the A ones are showing as linked up to the £3.69 price on msm?
:think:Maybe last time it was a weight-difference thing. But, this time they are the same weight in A and T. I would not have bought them though, as (sorry:o) I would have seen A product has £3.69 price for T.0 -

Just had call from my sister, she had to call gp out as dad was coughing up blood.
He is now in a cubicle at a &e waiting for a transfusion. Means he will miss his appointment at Addenbrookes tomorrow. Waiting to find out more in morning before deciding whether I am going straight back up there.
I noticed he coughed a couple of times yesterday but nothing out of the ordinary. A couple of years ago he had a tb scare so always coughs into a hanky now.
My sister has been dismissed (dad prefers to be alone) but she will be straight up there tomorrow to find out if he is to be discharged or not.

VT your poor dad, you must be so worried. I was so lucky my mum was happy to have me around so I always knew exactly what was going on at times like this it must be so difficult having such an independent parent. I really feel for you. :A0 -

4 + trigger see's 45p vs 25p for 4 items and one n/a so 92p APG (with 10%)
5 see's 40p vs 25p for 5 items so 90p APG (also with 10% off)
I've rounded the 10% down from 22.5p to 22p, not sure if that's strictly correct.
2p extra saving (versus T)! :money:
(if incorrect, please let me know!!)
the result is correct but figures a little high, got my head round it now0 -
Is the pork and handwash likely to work tomorrow? I know I've read somewhere when the updates are usually down, but I can't remember :-(Wins 2015:

I'm off on a trip (of searching) again as I've just remembered another item in M:rotfl::rotfl:.
Pitch Brioche Milk au Lait (8) pack at £1. So -
Bon Appetit! French Milk Brioche Rolls (10)
Allegedly 99p in Aldi. (Does anyone trust msm.co.uk prices for Aldi on there?)
Extra two rolls and a penny cheaper. It's a buy in Aldi, not buy the one in M.
Fwiw, T didn't appear to stock the Pitch au Lait product. They do have other Pitch products - seem to be just 6 rolls not 8 - at £1. We'll be checking the size of the 10 milk rolls in Aldi to see whether or not they are substantially smaller than the size of the Pitch in M:rotfl::rotfl:.
Searching finished now:D, phew!:D:rotfl::cool:0 -
