I was really sad when I read this in the newspaper yesterday...I knew she had cancer but like you assumed it was possibly progressing towards a better outcome...

For me she will always be remembered very fondly as the oxo mum...there cant be many kids of the 80's who wouldnt share a similar thought.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I get very few wombles at my local As....then today in the trolley bay, a receipt with a fair amount of items listed, just bent to pick it up when whoosh trolley collector snatched it from me.
I quietly followed him and saw him pocket said receipt ,could explain why there are so few about my local.:eek:

I always thought as much, I wonder if it's A's policy to collect as much 'litter' as possible or perhaps a reward scheme.

Someone I used to know got one of the trolley collectors to collect all the discarded receipts for her. She then got him a few bits and pieces as a reward for his co-operation.

Ah, they weren't the ones I scanned - couldn't see these in our T. The ones I scanned were yellow and pink (because you said brights :rotfl::rotfl:) But normal bottles. Might check another store for these later, thanks for the pic :A

There's a bunch of chocolate in T that goes out of date in October, not sure what they're planning to do with it. It's the choc on choc Christmas stuff from last year and the T Belgian chocolate boxes with black bottom and pink lid. My store has loads on shelf at full price currently
