:idea:Ah, that may be an idea:

    Morrisons Savers Custard Creams (400g)

    Store_8.15px.png
    35p 8.8p / 100g

As less than 2p lost compared to going for A's mbuy and buying more (paying more overall - £1 vs 35p). Or :rotfl:35p lost if I have a womble that covers full A price.
  • well done :T:T:T:T is there a particular knack to getting the gift cards/ :rotfl:

    :)

I read that they are all pre-located to the code, so it maybe because my kids eat loads of them x

Brilliant :T:T. Been searching for a bargain one of these since the builders took mine earlier in the year (well at least I think it was them :o ) Will have a look in HB tomorrow.

OH out of hospital this afternoon. Seems a bit better but still easily breathless compared to a few months ago :( Dreading the winter months

:laugh:They bought what I wasn't suggesting vs Morries!

1 x ASDA Chosen by You Custard Creams (400g)£0.34£0.65
    1 x ASDA Fruit Shortcake (200g)£0.33£0.34
    1 x ASDA Coconut Rings (200g)£0.33N/A

"Best" item (for a womble) was this though:
    1 x Walkers Smith's Chipsticks - Salt & Vinegar (8x22g...£1.68£1.00

I also like £1.35:eek: bread sometimes (again, just womble purposes).
1 x Hovis Best of Both Medium Sliced Bread (750g)£1.35£1.00

:rotfl: Just 750g now, pretty sure it would have been 800g in the past. So, another amusing overpayment there:D:rotfl:.

my mum still gets her milk delivered from the milkman although i looked in to it when we moved here 10 years ago & couldn't justify the cost :eek: i think she probably pays nearly £1 a pint now :eek:
Been trying to persuade my mum and sister to stop the milkman deliveries. They have a t express just a short walk away and could easily buy a 4 pinter every few days. Nah, we like it fresh delivered to the doorstep says them. Dont think its as fresh as supermarket milk when delivered at 4 am and left on the doorstep till they get up. Especially in heatwave weather.

Yes, buy Goodfella's pizza, why not?:wall::rotfl:

    Comparison total (compared products only)£5.50£8.00

    Huggies expensive wipes.
Those 500g I Can't Believes being a thorn in the side again. Wish Sainsbobs would see A as the benchmark price on those and might actually match them on sains.co.uk! Hoping that next time they can see A as the trend-setter on the VO5 prices as well:rotfl:. As usual, Anchor Cheddar:( is a big loss vs T.

    :rotfl::rotfl:

EDIT: Wispa Biscuits, whatever next? And £1:eek: for even less than other potentially meanie brands. Very good profitable item for the stores I suspect, and suspect it's at eye-level in the stores:laugh:.

"Simply Snack" should be bought when they go on whoopsie at 2p. The cupcakes v. expensive - have been other cupcake mixes previously on somewhat under £1 in S (now gone). Another usual expensive shopping basket - I think everyone on my wombles spends far more, on everything, than I do. Their very inefficient and expensive way of buying:rotfl:.
