Hi All,
I just checked the thread for diagnostics and it seems to have been removed.
My laptop is slow at times and certain pages such as Facebook can be very slow to load up properly. I've ran AVG and Spybot but none have resolved the problem, what else is recommended?

How did you get that?0 -
How did you get that?
From the model number.
I stopped analysing malware issues some time ago, preferring to concentrate on other issues.
Perhaps begin with running Malwarebytes AntiMalware and then selecting to remove all issues found.
You should also reset your Browser. Check Google for how to do this.
If still no improvement after this, we can take a closer look.0 -

OK Malwarebytes AntiMalware trial version ran, laptop is still a bit sluggish with Youtube videos stalling and Facebook difficult to access.0 -
