For me it would depend on where that soil pipe goes, what type of floor were dealing with and whats on the other side of that wall.

Hi PatrickC, i've just been through a similar refit and also had a bit of a nightmare trying to find a solution to fit my 'bottom outlet' toilet pan set-up.
Can i suggest you check the exact measurement from back of wall to the centre of soil stack, then check via goggle images the technical drawings to see if there is a modern pan that will fit?

By going through a similar exercise i came across the Twyford Refresh RE1145WH which suited my needs being 225mm from wall to centre of soil stack and my notes seem to suggest they also do the Entice EN1145WH and Envy NV1145WH but i don't have measurements for those.

I really suggest doing your own homework as none of the plumber merchants i used knew such pans existed!
