Hi all
Anyone else having problems with this company? My internet connection has been so up and down lately is driving me mad. In May I called the customer services and they had me on the phone for over an hour unistalling stuff and generally talking absolute rubbish and fobbing me off with anything but the truth which was 'the service is currently down' They also hung up on me four times after giving my name. :mad:
I've been doing a diagnostic test that they themselves showed me how to do and it shows that there is a problem at their end. I have resorted to sending them screen shots of this to show them my connection is fine!
Anyway - sorry for the rant - anyone else having this problem or can point me in the direction of a broadband host at £15 or less per month for always on access that has a call centre based here in the UK that knows what they are talking about?
Or is that too much to ask?

I have had a problem or two with Madasafish, but they ahve been settled quickly and efficiently by Samara (madasafish customer care on the forums).

Could you please PM me your Madasafish username, I'm happy to look into things.
Could you please also let me know the following:
1. What hardware are you using to connect and are you using the USB, Ethernet or Wireless connection.
2. Are you connecting off of the master socket with no long telephone extensions in use in conjunction with the router.
3. Do you have a microfilter fitted to every phone socket in use?
4. Have you tried connecting from the test socket from within the master socket?
5. Have you tested your microfilters to ensure that you haven't got a fauty one?

As I said above, the fault isn't at my end. I sent the screenshots from the Voyager 192 page showing the ping tests all failing and now the problem seems to be resolved. I understand that your comment above is the standard response from Madasafish when there is a problem.
As I said the voyager tests all passed, the problem was at Madasafish end. I do hope that is an end to it.
I do appreciate you responding on here and you have helped me out in the past (unfortunately I forgot which forum you were on and your name - sorry!)- unfortunately the telephone support leaves something to be desired.
If the problem returns I will let you know.0
