There's a huge, very noticeable, difference between the ivory and mussel in the link you provided, it's a completely different colour, not just a few shades darker! How could you not have noticed they were completely wrong when you first saw them? I could possibly see how you could think mussel and olive were similar, but ivory is way off.

I would definitely get the owner round to see the colour against the swatch you have, and would be asking for him to either replace the doors with the correct colour or have them send back to be repainted. What colour are the carcasses, will they still go with the ivory doors?

    I would do this.
But first, I'd have a think about what result you really want.

You say you're unhappy because your units and worktops don't match.
Maybe that is because instead of having ivory and ivory, you have mussel units and ivory worktops.

If the shop admitted they had made a mistake but offered to replace the worktops with mussel to match your units (that would be a cheaper option for them opposed to ripping the whole kitchen out and starting again) and offered you monetary compensation, would that be acceptable to you?

TBH, looking at the 2nd link, I agree the mussel kitchen does look more like ivory.
