Who precisely will keep the 'slope' ice free? Not you because it's not on your property.
Who'll maintain the 'slope'? Not you because it's not on your property.
There's a logical reason why there are steps and not a slope. Try and figure it out......................I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

That area in red actually looks like a pavement so I doubt council would be willing to flatten the step. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

I may be missing something but wouldn't it be a whole lot easier just to build/have made a simple ramp that fits over the steps when needed, then you can just pick it up and put it away, if it's only for motorbikes?0

I think this may be the simplest solution.
We are responsible riders and we don't rev our bikes or annoy our neighbours, we are considerate towards them.
The reason I'd like to have a bike space is because at the moment they are parked in the street and I'm worried we are making the street look untidy and cluttering the street up, and I'm worried what the neighbours may think, although we have had no complaints so far.0
