Fraud - How can I claim my money back?

Tell the bank it is a "goods not as described" case and you need it to be refunded as it was not what you ordered and distant selling regulations apply. You could also make a complaint to the banks concerns dept as they may write it off, but be very careful about where you do your internet shopping, I always try and avoid unless it is a reputable retailer. Distant Selling Regulations, now incorporated into Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, do not apply here as the goods have not been returned.
