    In that case you send them a schedule, spreadsheet or list of each and every charge with a description, date and amount.

    Interesting this one - I'm taking on the Natwest angry-smiley-030.gif(clue somewhere i think!) and i received a letter from their legal bods - Cobbetts in Manchester - pretty much demanding the same as the above poster.

    It "declares" (in legal speak) that i must provide the same evidence before the end of the month to them, and if i dont disclose it to them before then they will seek to strike out the proceedings.

    Do i HAVE to disclose before the hearing? confused-smiley-013.gif

    Although i hear lots of success stories i dont appear to be following the main trends with my case, and although i wont be giving up, could use a little advice...
