Court Order Help Please

Hi, I am hopefully in the final stages of reclaiming unlawful charges from HSBC. I have received a letter today from my local county court stating this:
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The claimant is to file and serve a schedule of charges referred to in relation to this claim by 31t July 2007.
I'm not sure what this means, I've already filed my claim online at Moneyclaim Online, it went to Northampton now has been referred on to my local court. Can anyone help???
Thanks in advance.

Yes.....basically they want you to set out a spreadsheet of: charge description...charge value...date applied....days @ 8% per annum (if you have gone for interest) ...Total..LadyStardust wrote: »Hi, I am hopefully in the final stages of reclaiming unlawful charges from HSBC. I don't have a spreadsheet program, would sending copies of bank statements with highlighted charges do? I can't phone the court and ask as they're only open 10am til 4pm and I'm at work.

Use the calculator here:
Interest Calculator
Input all the charges and dates to list them all and then either print them off at work or hand copy them onto a sheet of A4. Present the figures neatly and clearly. Make two copies and send a copy to the court keeping one for yourself.

Thanks, that wasn't really what I meant though as I already know how much I'm claiming. I wasn't expecting the court to ask for anything else since my claim should be in the final stages, it's already been refered to my local court from Northampton. What I meant is do they want proof of the bank charges or will copies of the letters I've sent HSBC and either copies of bank statements or a summary of the charges, or individual dates/charges? The letter as you can see is not very helpful, what is also annoying is that it only arrived today and yet the date on the letter is 9th July...they expect me to submit this by 30th July. I'm wondering now if all this has been worth the bother to be honest.

They need evidence as to how you have arrived at your calculations0

Interesting this one - I'm taking on the Natwest
(clue somewhere i think!) and i received a letter from their legal bods - Cobbetts in Manchester - pretty much demanding the same as the above poster.
It "declares" (in legal speak) that i must provide the same evidence before the end of the month to them, and if i dont disclose it to them before then they will seek to strike out the proceedings.
Do i HAVE to disclose before the hearing?
Although i hear lots of success stories i dont appear to be following the main trends with my case, and although i wont be giving up, could use a little advice...

So do I send copies of my bank statements then? I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone...and the letter I got from the court is worse than useless.lindilou39 wrote: »They need evidence as to how you have arrived at your calculations0 -
Only putting point 1 in your OP really doesn't help as to what exactly the letter is asking for.0

That's all it said in the letter. Hence frustration.Edinburghlass wrote: »Only putting point 1 in your OP really doesn't help as to what exactly the letter is asking for.0
