  • Still waiting for the cut off date which is 17/18 of December - but not seen mine yet ...........
  • i'm in the same boat, cut off date is the 19th Dec but as yet no vouchers

    am assuming MSE will look into any undelivered vouchers?
  • Im getting the run around as well ive emailed skyvoucher@affiliatewindow.com who are saying i've had them... (must be invisable) not they saying emails probably blocking (nope) given them other email and asked to resend.... no response... bit of a sham really, now looking into who we can complain to. very annoying as Im on sick leave and this was supposed to be my christmas food money. well at least i got the sky £100 who were very prompt.
  • I am beginning to suspect that my £92 voucher has been sent to my old email address. The one I used to apply for the Sky package. I informed Sky of my new email address but didn't think to advise Affiliate Windows!

    I've been patiently waiting for my £192 of vouchers since my sky broadband was activated on 30 September but as yet haven't received anything.....not even the £100 from Sky that everyone else appears to have received very quickly. I'll email the affiliates email address but would appreciate some assistance with how to follow up on the sky vouchers too please.

    Yep, that's right we're looking into it :) Have you received your vouchers yet? If not, you can send an email over to voucherhelp@moneysavingexpert.com, make sure to include your details and the date of your installation/what service provider you're with. Someone will get back to you as soon as they can.
