Mobile contract

Long story short.

I have a Sidekick on T-Mobile. It's broke three past in the past few months, and been repaired, and the last time it broke, I got a new one.

It's happened again, where this time it won't connect to the network, so I don't receive any texts, or log onto Yahoo/AIM. I get phone calls through sometimes, but not all of the time.

It started to do this yesterday, so where do I stand on getting a new phone, or cancel this one? I don't want another Sidekick because of the problems I've had, so I'd prefere a completely different phone, or cancel my contact, and go with some one else. Is this possible?

I did get told that on the third time, I'd probably have to get it repaired again, or a different phone, as they stopped supplying the Sidekick's, but they're back supplying them now.

Any ideas?
