This is the exact advice I was given, having that pension pot there would be very reassuring.
There is also the issue of childcare vouchers, once you it the 50k mark you start loosing out (1% per £100?)
Being a bit careful here will save in the long run.0

            Disaster
I had my final interview with option 2, only to discover the one person I trusted for advice, has ratted me out in my absence to everybody.
Feel pretty stupid as I shouldn't have said anything, but I felt I had to talk to someone, face to face.
So relations with my current company is damaged, pretty badly, rumours and lies have been spread, meaning option 1 is pretty much off the table.
Worse is that option 2 is dragging their heels on a figure.
I'm stuck in the middle, not able to take the offer and not able to leave my current position. All because of one loud mouth.
 Very annoyed and frustrated0
