Are you happy with these?
Kumho are usually favoured as being decent for a low price.0 -
What size?
A quick google suggests 235/65 17 and 104 load. If so, then... http://www.camskill.co.uk/m56b0s251p0/
From that choice, the £85 Avons grab my attention, or the £91 Uniroyals. Given the price of the Kumhos, I'd put an extra £3 a corner onto Michelins!0 -
Try the Chinese makes like Autoguard or Evergreen. Can get them for £50 per corner. Lasts ages and handles well.
However if you want to spend more go for either Goodyears/Continental/Bridgestone or Michelin.
I run the Michelin Cups on my M3 and Goodyears Vector4 on my Yaris (soon to be part exchanged with Lexus IS250, which has 6-7mm grip Continental Sport contacts 5)0 -
If you're happy with the Kumhos, I'd recommend the Solus Vier KH21. It's a snow-rated all weather tyre, and over 45K miles on them I've found they perform excellently.0

Really? I've never seen any reputable test that suggest cheapo Chinese tyres are good handlers. Do you have a link to some evidence to support your claim?0 -

They're just wonderful on his E92 M3, don'chaknow?
My girlfriend has 2 Nangkangs at the front and 2 Autoguards at the back of her Yaris. To me it feels the same, even in the wet compared to the Goodyear vector 4's on my Yaris. They have lasted a while and don't produce much road noise. I have never tried pushing her car but I would imagine that's where the difference would lie between her budget tyres and my premium ones. But if you don't drive enthusiastically, only do city driving where speeds always below 40 mph what does it matter?0 -
I guess you might find out as you go skidding into the back of someone in the wet.
I'd go cheap if I found some half decent reviews.0 -
