When you get a letter giving the decision, then you can challenge it. nowadays this means asking for a mandatory reconsideration. You must do this within one month of the date on the letter.
Only if the decision is then upheld can you appeal.
Some CABs are still well funded and can help you. It depends where you live.0 -
We have been told to ask for a specific person at our CAB who specialises in exactly this thing and apparently he's brilliant. Unfortunately they are only open Weds and Fri mornings0
