Estate Agent Gift Ideas?

As a thank you for their efforts, I wanted to give a gift to estate agent who has assisted with latest purchase,

Anyone got any gift ideas, what goes down well as a gift for an agent?

  • Card?
Bottle of wine & bunch of flowers?
    Chocolates?
  • I'm sure their hefty commission is gift enough!

But if you really want to give a gift a box of chocolate for the office would probably be popular.

A fruit basket and a bunch of flowers should go down well, especially as the vendor has given them a few grand as well.

Thanks for the quick replies guys!

I know they are earning commission on the sale, they really have done well on this one dealing with a rather annoying vendor. On top of this looking to build on going relationship with future purchases
  • I am in the same boat, and I am baking some cakes to take in the office to say thank you.:)
Its so nice that you have reached this point and are thinking of thanking them for their efforts.

Thanks for that, although baking a cake sounds like a brilliant idea, I think I best stick to buying some cakes/chocs given my culinary skills!
  • A box of chocolates and a card is great idea. That way they can share with other team members who may have worked on the deal.

I'm thinking of doing the same for my broker. Sure they earn commission on the deal, but it's a nice gesture and you never know when you might need them again, especially if you think they've done a good job.

I will NOT be doing the same for my solicitor, but that's another story!
