    Ohhh ok!

    I've already applied though, would they take this badly or think I might have tried to commit fraud? I didnt really but what would they think?

    If you're honest you're not committing fraud, but I don't think you'll be eligible, as most level 3 courses technically end August 31. It's always worth making an application, though, just to find out.
