Who's the best to pre order games from these days? Ideally cheap and will deliver on or before release day... The last game I preordered was GTA V which I bought through Tesco, but now they don't seem to guarantee to deliver on release day. Amazon you appear to have to pay extra to guarantee release day. I always go with Amazon, price wise you're covered with the price promise, and I've always received games on release days myself.
