I grudge my factor bills especially when the jobs your paying for such as grass areas to be maintained arent being done xxNEXT TARGET: Halifax credit card DEC 22 £0 / £4499.12POAMAYC 2011 £6378.35 POAMAYC 2012 £5000.78POAMAYC 2013 £3480.04 POAMAYC 2014 £4085.14POAMAYC 2015 £7565.24 POAMAYC 2016 £8000.90 POAMAYC 2017 £7278.80 POAMAYC 2018 £13208.18POAMAYC 2019 £13309.28 POAMAYC 2020 £15026.050 -

HSBC is online banking set up. I had asked for the switch to be on 5th December after wages been in and also my main bills are out. Hoping the £170 goes in soon, then I wont feel so bad about tickets being short. My friend will hopefully send me the money of £25 Thursday. Then its £120 short which £120 of the £170 will go to it. When paid transferring £300. Then technically my holiday funds £600xxx

It's not a Scottish thing, but only applies to people with shared communal areas or roofs which are privately owned, I pay £30 a month for my flat but it means we get our groundwork done and gutters cleared, if the roof needed tiles replaced it would cover that so it saves you the grief of having to get neighbors to pay their share as the company who acts on behalf of the residents will get the work done and bill everyone. It's really just a property management fee to put it simply.LBM 11 Nov 14 Total Debt £25,013.98 DFD 5 Sep 17 Total Debt £0
