So the weekend has been and gone so fast! I really enjoyed it. My friend came up and barely spent £20 and that was just on food really. It was so good to see her and I think she had a great night as well.

Anyone watch I am a Celeb last night? I actually really thought Caitlyn is really funny...do not like Jacqueline Jossa though!

I have been approved to change bank over to HSBC, got my card through. Need to figure out if they change over my bank stuff or debits I am unsure. I will then get £175 within 30 days. £125 of that will cover the concert tickets and the £50 will go to Xmas :) See what happens.

I got a weird email from background check and I am unsure if it is truly them asking for my passport details and birth certificate. I will call them in case it is fraud. xxx

All sounds like it's going in the right direction Monz!

I also love Gerry Cinnamon - he's fab. That's money well spent in my books.

I called and checked and yes they need this information. Would rather double check and its not fraud. Hoping by next week will pass background check and can start. I will call and see how my application for background check is going Friday. Would love to be able to start this other job and make extra cash :) x

  • Good luck with the bank switch. I just tried to switch to HSBC and got turned down so am I little bit down about that. The £175 would have come in very handy.

    Morning! It is too cold!

Sorry to hear you were turned down :(! I had been before so I am glad I was accepted. According to their website they do all the switching direct debits for me. So should be live from 5th December according to the website as that is the date I chose (mainly because the big bills would be out by then!)

9 days til payday. My VO is at £7.50 so hopefully can either cash out today or tomorrow £10 argos. I also have a £15 gift card. Hoping fitbit ace will be on offer down in price by end of the month.. hoping!!!

    xx

You might get a good deal on a fitbit on Black Friday next week Monz - although make sure to double check previous prices so they're not just inflating the 'before' price to make the saving look more.

I'm on the look out for a hoverboard on Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sales so will keep my eyes peeled.
