Found out today as been two years trained Welfare Rights Officer I am due my £2,000 wage rise. I hope to god I get it this months pay, if not fine for following :D I thought it would be next year but not complaining. This will help so much for decking fund and me and my sons holiday fund. Roughly £120 extra per month :)

Forgot to ask my mum this morning if the rise will be in this wage, I will later tonight, but she did inform me that in December all staff will have a one off £250 bonus :D! So that plus wage rise will help loads to decking/holiday fund :)!!!

My aunt also gives me £200 at xmas, I have a trip to Isle of Skye one night but other than that will be decking fund :). I dont think I will book my holiday until last minute due to Thomas Cook fiasco.... then again if I see a cracking deal nothing will stop me. Probably Spain, Greece or that. Concentrate on house before big holiday and properly settled.

The last year has been getting my head out of debt paying back debt to my mum and dad and much needed fixings to the house. I am getting a quote done for loft to get floored and light fitted. Also in new year going to start looking about toilet under stairs... no idea how to go about this but have been researching. Garden first however then that xx
