    Morning.

Todays plan is to race to solicitors on my lunch hour - hand in ID, proof of address and the form they asked me to fill in. This week I will also get news (I hope) from underwriting team from HSBC, I hope this will not take long. I have the mortgage advisor from HSBC email and will email her tomorrow evening because its me and I worry lol.

I also got a phone call from the owners daughter who invited to come back to house tonight and they will show me how everything works at the house and so I can have another look :D! Will I bring flowers or something as a nice gesture? I do not know how this all works lol!

payday is 4 weeks on Thursday :(! Got no plans really tbh going to stay in mostly and not spend esp more on house.

Wednesday an estate agent is coming to my flat. My mum and dad are going to sell it now as I will not be renting from them. I think they are wanting to buy a house down Lancaster near my aunt as a holiday home and only like 20 minutes away from Blackpool as well.

    Hope all is ok xxx

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.

I keep staring at my phone, she said I would get a text from them when underwriters decide. If I do not hear by tomorrow 5pm I will send the mortgage adviser an email, she gave me hers saying to email any time lol xx
